30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at michaelgmartin24@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as used support belts or cushions may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you're unsure.
